Our Chinese Pole for Adults Course introduces basic technique of the Chinese Pole, and allows the student to progress according to their own goals and abilities. From simple climbing and ‘sitting’ techniques, to more complex locks, drops, shoulder stands and flag exercises, we will explore all aspects of Chinese Pole, and learn how this style varies from other pole technique such as Mallakhamb and Pole Dancing. This class is especially beneficial to those keen on rapid conditioning and strength building.
Prerequisites: You must be at least 16 years old and have completed the Circus Fitness class, or have instructor approval.
To attend this class please dress with jeans/slacks that you can move in, but aren’t loose. Bring long sleeves. Shoes: flat rubber sole. These are great for beginner pole shoes.
